processing all housing applications- property allocation in accordance with our policy
- maintenance of waiting lists, transfer lists and mutual exchange register
- processing rent and service charge payments
- rent arrears control
- liaison with other agencies on tenancy related matters (housing benefit, welfare rights, care providers etc)
- estate management (stair and backcourt inspections)
