Tony has joined YHA in 2023 as Chief Executive bringing over 20 years of property maintenance and development experience at a senior level with various Housing Associations and Councils.  He joined from North Lanarkshire Council where he led the largest Council house building programme in Scotland delivering over 1700 new homes for residents towards the 5000 homes target by 2035 as well as overseeing the Strategic Housing Investment Plan for North Lanarkshire working closely with the Scottish Government and local Housing Associations. Tony is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a qualified surveyor and planner holding a master’s degree in city planning and real estate development.

Grant began his social housing career in 2006 with North Lanarkshire Council before moving to Cassiltoun Housing Association in 2014. He joined Yorkhill Housing Association in 2019 as Housing Services Manager before being promoted to Deputy Chief Executive in 2024. Grant has a CIH Level 4 Diploma, and a Masters Degree in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow. He is a member of the Chartered Institute in Housing, and has served as a voluntary Board member for various other RSLs since 2011, and was previously a board member with the Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum (GWSF).

Gary took up the position of YHA’s Finance Manager in 2018 after 14 years with Hillhead Housing Association in Kirkintilloch. He has a BA in accounting and is a part qualified CIPFA accountant.

Robert has been with the Association since 2011.  He came from City Building, where he spent 11 years as an Advanced Plumber and Gas Engineer and then 9 years in Contract Management with responsibility for repairs and maintenance contracts of varying sizes.

Robert holds a post graduate degree in Business Resource Management.

Jacqueline began her social housing career in 2002 with Govan Housing Association where she managed the factoring service for over 19 years.  She joined YHA as Factoring Manager in 2022, following a short period at Rosehill Housing Cooperative.  Jacqueline has a CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Properties and has completed the IRPM Professional Diploma in Property Factoring in Scotland, giving her IRPM member status.  Jacqueline sits on the IRPM working party for Scotland and is a trainer for SHARE providing factoring training.
