- Viability
- Equality of opportunity for all customers

These objectives define the Association's purpose. Everything we do links to one or more of these aims. All strategic and operational plans stem from our core objectives and although these may change from time to time, our purpose does not.
Our Vision
Our Vision: To create and maintain a community of homes that people are proud to live in.
We have established an excellent track record for efficient responsive repairs, cyclical and investment maintenance programmes and quality factoring services to ensure we keep our properties in the best condition possible.
We work with a range of other bodies and agencies to address issues that are out-with our direct control. These inclue Yorkhill and Kelvingrove Community Council, Glasgow City Council, Money Advice, Police Scotland, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Our Values
We treat our customers and each other with respect and expect the same in return. We value our customer feedback and listen to views expressed whether they are positive or negative. We appreciate our diverse community and work hard to ensure that everyone is treated fairly regardless of age, gender or background.
We strive to provide a high quality of service. Good enough is not good enough if we can do things better. We value complaints and have a genuine desire to put things right when our service lets someone down.
We promote the highest levels of integrity throughout the organisation in our policies, procedures and personal conduct. Maintaining our reputation for honesty, openness and accountability is of paramount importance to every individual committee or staff member.
