Scottish Housing Regulator - Returns and Updates

Every year the Association is required to submit an Annual Return on the Charter ('ARC') to the Scottish Housing Regulator, containing information on all areas of its activity. This comes together to provide an in-depth reflection of the Association's performance as a Registered Social Landlord ('RSL').

In addition, the Scottish Housing Regulator reviews all RSLs annually from the viewpoint of its compliance with Regulatory Requirements and produces an Engagement Plan detailing any areas which the Regulator wishes to work with the RSL on over the next year. Furthermore, one of these regulatory requirements is for the Association to make its Engagement Plan easily available to tenants and service users. The latest version of our Engagement Plan can be found here.

The latest ARC submission for the year 2023-24 was made by the Association at the end of May and can be found here.
