Housing Management Survey

On this page is our Housing Management Survey. We send this every year to all our tenants, over the course of the year, to gauge their opinion on how we are performing.

The responses to these questions are considered each year, and form part of our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) through the Scottish Housing Regulator.

The survey asks for how satisfied you are with various parts of our service including keeping you informed (through newsletters, our website, social media), the opportunities to participate, and with the quality and value for money of your home. 

We also ask about the management of the neighbourhood. We are not directly responsible for services such as bulk uplift or bin collections as these are provided by Glasgow City Council, however where issues arise we will report these to the council and work with them to find a solution.
