Yorkhill Housing Association has partnered with Housing Perks - a free app our tenants and factored customers can use to save money on their bills!
With over 100 retailers to choose from you can save money on your weekly shopping, on gifts, events, and deliveries.
To access this service please visit your App Store and search for "Housing Perks" or scan the QR code below. You will then need your account number which can usually be found on correspondence such as account statements, letters, or in the letter or email we sent out recently about Housing Perks to our customers.
If you require a copy of your account number please fill in the form on the right and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. What is Housing Perks?
Housing Perks is an app where our residents can sign up to receive discounts on many major retailers. Customers can purchase gift cards for discounted rates which they can use to make their purchases. It is free for all Yorkhill HA tenants, and factored customers.
2. What retailers can I buy vouchers for?
There are discounts for over 100 retailers including supermarkets Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, Iceland, B&M and Farmfoods.
You can also receive discounts at retailers such as Primark, TK Maxx, New Look, ASOS, H&M, Adidas, Swarovski, Superdry, Boohoo, Zizzi, Wagamama, Bella Italia, Prezzo and more!
Among some of the other discounts include Ticketmaster, Currys, Cineworld, ODEON, and theatre tickets.
3. What is my account number?
You will find your account number on correspondence such as your account statement. We have also emailed or wrote to all our tenants and eligible customers and you will find your account number within this.
If you do not know your account number please fill in the form on the right and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. How do I receive the discount?
To receive the discount customers would purchase a gift card through the app for the value of their purchase. For example your weekly shop at Tesco might cost £50, so you would purchase a gift card through the app for £50 and use this to pay for your shopping, however this would only cost you £48, saving you £2. With more than 100 retailers those savings can soon add up!
The gift cards are processed really quickly so you could even purchase them while in the queue!
5. What happens to any unspent balance - do I lose it?
You don't lose any of your unspent gift card balance. You can simply use it next time.
6. What personal information has Housing Perks received about me?
Data protection is important to us. Yorkhill Housing Association has not provided any personal, or identifiable, information to Housing Perks.
7. Can anyone use these discounts?
Only our tenants or factored customers can access the discounts. Members of your household can also access the app, however this should not be shared outwith those who live in your home.
