Keeping your factoring account up to date is important to ensure the smooth delivery of property management services. We offer a range of convenient payment options to suit your preferences.
You can pay online now using our customer portal My Home
Log in to My Home to make your payment.

To set up a direct debit, please call the Factoring Department on 0141 285 7910 or download the Factoring Direct Debit Mandate Form and return it to the Association.
Standing Orders are another way to spread payments monthly. To set up a standing order, please contact the office and speak to the Factoring Department.
Pay your account online using the AllPay portal. You’ll need your AllPay card number to complete the payment. You can visit our AllPay Secure Website if you have a payment card.
Make payments at the Post Office or any PayPoint outlet using your AllPay swipe card. If your card is lost, contact the Association to request a replacement.
Pay 24/7 using the AllPay automated payment line: call 0844 577 8321 and have your AllPay card number ready.
Alternatively, Factoring staff can take payments via telephone or in-person at the office, which can be reached on 0141 285 7910.
