Introducing the Housing Management Team.

The Housing Management team's responsibilities include:

  • processing all housing applications
  • property allocation in accordance with our policy
  • maintenance of waiting lists, transfer lists and mutual exchange register
  • processing rent and service charge payments
  • rent arrears control
  • liaison with other agencies on tenancy related matters (housing benefit, welfare rights, care  providers etc)
  • estate management (stair and backcourt inspections)
