Freedom of Information
Under Freedom of Information, the Association will give information to anyone within the scope of the order who requests it, unless there is an exemption in law; or the information should be provided though an alternative route - for example, the ‘Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations’.
You can ask for a variety of information, some examples being: how or why decisions are made, complaints handling and performance.
The Association is committed to being open and transparent, and has a duty to respond to requests, publish information and advise/assist requesters.
