Tenant & Owners Survey
Yorkhill Housing Association has partnered with Research Resource to survey our customers.

The survey will commence in January 2026. Our tenants and factored owners will soon be contacted by representatives from Research Resource to complete this survey.
The questions will primarily surround our services, your satisfaction with our performance, in addition to some questions in line with the Scottish Housing Regulator's requirements. We would appreciate our customers' time in answering these questions. We will carefully consider the feedback given to plan our future services.
Research Resource will initially contact you by visiting your home. You can request to see identification and a letter from Yorkhill Housing Association authorising them to act on our behalf. If you have any concerns regarding the identity of the callers please contact the office.
