Local Energy Advice Partnership ('LEAP')

News
As we move into the darkest and often coldest nights of the year, energy usage requirements for houses may be higher as people need heating and lights to be on more often. That said, it can already be a more expensive time of year with Christmas on the horizon, and energy bills may compound winter bills.
The Local Energy Advice Partnership ('LEAP') is a free energy and money saving service that can help people keep warm and reduce their energy bills. They have a wide network of referral organisations who can refer people in (or at risk of) fuel poverty. Referral organisations could, for example, include your local food bank, Citizens Advice, health clinic, your rent or housing officer or local authority contact. They can offer tailored advice and support, including any onwards referrals.
LEAP also have an active scheme currently open for applications for domestic appliances, white goods and potentially even fuel vouchers.
