Housing Perks is available for all tenants and factoring customers - and can save you money!

Our tenants and factoring customers can save money on their bills through Housing Perks! This is free to all YHA residents (tenants and owners), simply scan the QR code on the advert, or locate Housing Perks on your app store.
To sign up use your tenant or account reference number.
Tenants can then purchase gift vouchers for their favourite shops at a discounted rate! For example you can purchase a £50 Tesco voucher for your weekly shop, and only pay £48, saving 4% every week! Those savings will soon add up!
