Do you have home contents insurance?

We recommend all residents should have home contents insurance.

If the worst should happen and a leak comes into your home Yorkhill Housing Association's buildings insurance will cover the repair of building (the roof, plasterwork, pipes etc) but this will not cover your contents. You would be liable for replacing floor coverings, bedding, a TV or any other possessions. 

For this reason we strongly recommend you consider home contents insurance. You may wish to consider obtaining a quote from a comparison site such as Compare the Market, GoCompare, or Uswitch for example.
