AllPay - Important Update

Many of our residents will be familiar with AllPay - the online service that allows them to make payments such as rent to us.

We have been made aware that the AllPay app and online payment portal will be closing on Monday 11 May 2026 as part of a service upgrade.

All users of this service should instead use the allpayments service instead. Those who try to log on from 11 May will be redirected to the new link.

Users should download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or use the allpayments web portal at https://new.allpayments.net

You will be able to log in using your existing allpay login username and password.

Once signed in, your account details will transfer automatically.

Please note: this is not an update to the old allpay app. The allpay app will close, and you will need to install the new allpayments app separately.
