Marion joined the Association in 1980 as Housing Manager after five years with the then Scottish Special Housing Association. She was actively involved in the ten year tenemental rehabilitation programme that was completed in 1990, and has experienced all phases and stages of the sector’s regulatory regimes. With hands on experience in maintenance, development and factoring she was appointed to her current post in 1991. She has an NVQ5 in Management, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Pauline has spent her entire career with Yorkhill Housing Association. Starting off in Admin in 1980 she has worked her way through Housing Management, Maintenance and Factoring and is currently the Director of Property Services and the Depute Chief Executive. Pauline is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing.
Since 2012, Pauline has been a voluntary board member on another RSL, where her skills and experience have been invaluable.
Gary took up the position of YHA’s Finance Manager in 2014 after 14 years with Hillhead Housing Association in Kirkintilloch. He has a BA in accounting and is a part qualified CIPFA accountant.
Stewart joined YHA in 2008 as Maintenance Manager, bringing over 20 years’ experience with Renfrewshire Council in various roles including Maintenance, Housing Management, Homelessness, Policy Planning and Service Development. In 2017 he was appointed to his current role of Compliance Manager and is also the organisation’s Data Protection Officer.
Stewart is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a Master of Philosophy Postgraduate degree.
Robert has been with the Association since 2011. He came from City Building, where he spent 11 years as an Advanced Plumber and Gas Engineer and then 9 years in Contract Management with responsibility for repairs and maintenance contracts of varying sizes.
Robert holds a post graduate degree in Business Resource Management.
Grant began his social housing career in 2006 with North Lanarkshire Council. In 2014 he moved to Cassiltoun Housing Association to develop his interest in Housing Management before joining Yorkhill in 2019 as Housing Services Manager. Grant has a CIH Level 4 Diploma and a Masters Degree in Housing Studies. He is a member of the Chartered Institute in Housing, and has served as a voluntary Board member for another RSL since 2011.
