Additional Factoring Services
In addition to the core services provided to all owners, further services are supplied which are specific to the property or owner. These may be regular, like stair cleaning, or less frequent, like close painting.
The costs of additional services are not included in the annual management fee. Ongoing service charges are divided between the May and November invoices. Other service charges will normally be included in the first invoice following completion of the works. For major contracts such as window replacments or roof upgrades we may require payment in full prior to instructing the work.
